General Specifications Semi-Custom Cabinetry. Lead time 4-6 weeks. Face Frames: face frames are made of 3/4" thick select solid hardwood components. Stiles and rails are joined together with concealed screws and wood glue for strength. Frames are dadoed to receive tops, bottoms, and end panels. End Panels: Cabinet end panels are 3/8" plywood. Interior is covered with light birch printed melamine. Tops and Bottoms: Cabinet tops and bottoms are 3/8" plywood laminated with light birch melamine on both sides. Backs: Cabinet backs are 1/8" thick plywood laminated with matching light birch melamine on the interior. Backrails: Cabinet backrails are 5/8" thick plywood. Backrails are hidden from view on the inside of cabinets. Shelving: Standard interior shelving is 3/4" furniture board laminated on two sides with light birch melamine and matching PVC edgebanding on one long edge. Drawers: a four-sided drawer constructed with 3/4" hardwood, using dovetailed joinery. Bottoms are 1/4" plywood, fully captive within sides and ends. Drawer Slides: The standard drawer slide is a 7/8 extension ball-bearing undermount glide. A soft-closing Blumotion full-extension ball-bearing undermount upgrade is available. Available Wood Species: Maple, Cherry, Oak, Quarter Sawn White Oak, Hickory, Lyptus, and Alder. |
